Return Policy: Because these books can be photocopied and then returned for a refund (I found this out several years ago in my shop!) my policy in the shop is no returns on books. However, when you are ordering through the mail, you don't have the opportunity to leaf through the books, so returns are accepted on a limited basis, with a 20% re-stocking fee, and you pay the return postage.
